    Hi,
I've got an issue in commencing a flight where once everything is loaded, the aircraft is at the gate and going through the dispatch process (Simbrief flightplan confirmed/synced). After starting the software, the MSFS2024 sim time synchronises as expected to the start of the pre-flight time. Then after approx. 30 seconds it jumps forward to pushback time and I'm late. This is constant, tried rebooting, reloading and reinstalling FSUIPC.

Am I missing something in the setup flow?

Further investigation it seems to be there is something underlying in MSFS 25 that tries to sync the clock to real time even though it is not selected in the sim. Had to reset it multiple times until it was stable.

Hi Sapper145 - I'm not 100% sure what could be causing this. Are there any other add-ons that are running that manage or integrate with the sim time in some way shape or form? I think "something" is changing the time forwards as Fly the Line reads the sim time and bases a lot of it's calculations from that so the only thing, as far as I can tell, that would cause this behaviour, is the time being changed.

You could try starting a flight, setting up your Fly the Line flight and then looking at the clock in your aircraft to see if this changes at all (after the 30 seconds you mention). That may be a good first step. If the time doesnt change but you still see the error, it may be worth submitting a ticket and I'll take a look at your log file and see if anything untowards is happpening in there.

Let me know how you get on.

Just to add - the only time I could recreate this issue is if I clicked Live time in MSFS2024 after setting up the flight in Fly the Line. This changed the time and then made me late in Fly the Line. Not sure if that helps but I thought I would mention it.

Thanks, I think I have solved it. Using the settings and making it custom with live weather and a non UTC Synced time I just had to save it 3 or 4 times until the sim finally remembered! Bloody thing. Its taken all weekend to resolve.

And its back again. saving in flight conditions, either pre-set or custom or with real time not enabled and then saving is not making a difference. It starts off the flight and resets the time to the correct pre-flight timing (for me 60 minutes prior to pushback), then after a period of time (5 seconds to 1 minute), it rests the time to pushback time and I get the "your late" message.
