Any Chance of Seeing Warrior II for XP12 in our Christmas Stocking?
-
Checking in on any available updates on a Warrior II XP12 release date. I was of course disappointed to see the Turbo Arrow III/IV got the nod over the Warrior, but also encouraged that the JF/Thranda updates from XP11 continue. As I've said in the past in other forums, I don't mind that the updates aren't free given I bought the Warrior in 2019 and the platform has changed dramatically since then. Just eager to be able to fly in XP12 vs 11.

Overjoyed by the release!! Worst winter flying weather in upstate NY in years. Really wanted to be able to practice procedures and maneuvers in X-Plane.
Questions -
1 - I own both the Warrior & Turbo Arrow, bought from the Org store. I know there is a 10% discount for Turbo owners there. Is that available if I by direct from JF?
2 - Any chance of a bundle offer Warrior + Turbo?
3- If discount only from original purchase site, how long before released to the Org store? As I said before, more than willing to support the development required to make these aircraft current, but absolutely want to take advantage of discounts/bundles. Waited this long, a few more days won't kill me (I think) :-)

Quick answers for you...

The discount applies on both stores but you need to get the discount based on where you purchased the original. If bought from us you should have received an email alerting you of the fact and advising how you get your discount. For the Warrior the discount is 20% not 10% too.

Maybe but not for a while. It'll be a bundle that includes the Arrow/Turbo Arrow/Warrior too. But no guarantees on when that might be an offering.

Org store can release as soon as they are ready. They have everything they need from us now so release should be imminent.
Thanks for your past and ongoing custom, it's appreciated.

I greatly value the extremely high quality of JF aircraft! I was a sim pilot for 30yrs before getting my PPL after retiring. I trained in the Warrior and am fortunate to have joined a flying club after relocating that has a Warrior & a T Tail Arrow (no Turbo). I consider your aircraft study level. Even though the sim can't reproduce or hone all the skill elements of real flight, having this level of detail allows regular drill of all SOPs, procedures, emergencies. Absent a few differences in location of gauges, and the interior color your Warrior is like sitting in mine. Adding the RXP 530 gives me IRL GNS operation. It's just fantastic for staying sharp when you don't/can't fly regularly! Also want to call out the incredible support/partnership with Thranda. I have communicated with NoJoe and others on the support forum in .Org many times. Always responsive, helpful, and open to input! You keep building like this, and I'll keep buying!!
