App button doesnt work

Hello,
Everything is set up and looks good. I'll be on an intercept course; the glideslope is active. When i hit app to arm it will light up. However, one it starts to turn to intercept the app light goes out and hitting the button does nothing. GPS approaches work fine. I'm using PMS 750. -
@gfmarino81 I'm getting something similar on RNP/RNAV approaches. When I hit the APP button the lateral mode switches from NAV to APP and when it hits the 'glide' sometimes it switches from VS to GS and descends with the procedure but other times it will stay in VS but still descend (from platform altitude) and other times it sails right through the glide and I have to use VS to descend. Very odd. Using the TDS Nxi.
