Finally - love at first sight a few month ago, and now flying.
A2A and PMDG was alone in its own division, but now BlackSquare entered and sit at the top.
I have at least ten boxes to tick off for an aircraft I want in msfs, and BTM 850 did them all, plus a few more I did not realize I wanted.
I dare not to start writing about what I like - the list will be way too long.- The short: This is no doubt labor of love. BS could easily shaved off hundreds of manhours in details, increased price to $ 60, and we still would drop the jaw to the floor, whispering wow. That is why I call it a gift.
Maybe only one thing I want to see in an update: I am not using drone, not able operate aft door and luggage. A quick window view of this section would be nice, but not necessary.
If you are using mixture on your HOTAS - disable it. Touching the lever, and you will test your skill in inflight restart. Use the click spot - much safer.
Now - dropping down to my knees and kissing the BS team feet, whispering thank you while moving backwards out of the room.
You !!! Stop reading and hit the Buy button!!

@jetpro said in TBM850 closer to a gift than a purchase:
@eker It not flyable! Altimeter gauge is blank with no digits, Pitot heat will not turn on. So far I am not impressed! Was it even beta tested?
If you're still experiencing problems please contact our support team who will help you get this sorted. It's not a universal problem as you're the only one reporting the issue and the remark asking if it was Beta tested is a little out of order given the attention to detail and work the developer puts in to his products.
Anyhow, support are here if you want to get in touch and get assistance.

@eker A direct message from the developer for you...
'I wanted to make sure I replied to this thread while I was answering many of these posts with bugs and suggestions. Thank you so much for the positive feedback. As a one-man development team, I know that I cannot make THE best aircraft for MSFS alone, but I strive to create ones that spark a deep sense of joy in me as a real world pilot. I know that my way of doing things may not be for every simulator pilot, but there are definitely some out there whose taste will align with mine, and I hope they thoroughly enjoy my products. Thank you!'
Thank you.
