    @five-birds Did you put in a support ticket and ask for a refund?

    If you did just relax a bit a give support a little time to get back in touch with you. They will honor your request for a refund if that is your wish.

    1. read my post again carefully, then you realize that I have already requested a Refund and in the exchange with the support.

    2. by the way, this is the answer of the support regarding my refund request, which is completely moronic and not legally compliant:
      With regards to refunds, we don't usually offer exchanges or refunds on downloads for unwanted products as there's nothing physical to return.

    3. and whether I get upset or not, you simply have no interest. I received a non-functioning, falsely advertised product and I just feel screwed!

      @five-birds No need to be so confrontational. If you read up in the thread, you will see I was in the same boat as you.

      I apologize if I offended you in any fashion. I was offered and did receive my refund today after waiting quite sometime for a second reply from support. If you have not figured it out, they are overwhelmed.

        Just to clarify, under UK (and EU) consumer law there is no legal obligation to provide refunds on download software products once downloaded unless they are faulty. If the vendor can demonstrate that the product is working then it is difficult to prove the fault lies with the software. However, as per our Ts and Cs, if we can't get something to run for you we will make sure you are not left out of pocket.

                    I installed the hotfix and guess what? Still no AI at the departure airport. It's beyond me how free AI programs work perfectly fine and this $40 piece of software can't even handle the basics of AI. Why was this software released with some a huge issue? And why did the so called "beta" testers upload videos claiming this software was fine? I don't know about Europe but here in the US that's false advertising and warrants a refund.

                              @johng1 although we’ve had problems with destination traffic which was largely fixed with the latest update it’s rare to see reports of no departure traffic. Have you sent support a ticket to see if they can help? We’ll need to collect more info about your set up to see what’s going on.

                                @derek But this product is faulty in any possible way. I'm not asking for a refund, I'll wait for you to fix this but I think this a too common way of working nowadays. You should have fixed these issues before releasing.
                                I'm sorry but I don't belive all these problems are happening to few people but rather to almost everyone. So either you didn't test it properly or simply you decided to release it anyway.
                                (I'm able to find out any bugs of this software after 5 min I installed it but beta testers couldn't do it in weeks?)
                                We are paying customers, not beta or alpha testers.

                                    @rob0203 yeah seeing the same thing here. Went from absolutely nothing to having traffic all the way around now. Flew a couple flights through the data issues MS/Asobo have been having this weekend and it seems good so far - little light on the enroute traffic but it may also be the times I'm picking to fly.

                                    Still waiting for my sim to be 100% before I give a total thumbs up though - this weekend has been nothing but a headache with the simulator because of server issues.

                                      Thanks for the feedback everyone.
                                      Although this update was never intended to fix everything for everybody, hopefully it has helped a significant number of you out.
                                      We've already started work on the next update, the main focus of which being resolving the problems with traffic generation at your destination, and are currently gathering data from as many of you as possible via our support team.
                                      We'll have that update ready as soon as possible, and we'll give you a better idea of the full changelog in the coming days.
