Is there a update or hotfix coming?

Yes I have read all the faq
Also tried already all the options and reinstalled GSX and activated special low clutter modus in GSX.
Tried in Fstraffic with both no ground services and no services.
Odd. Just checking - have you tried some other airports? This is defintely one for support.

So now I came home ater work and will try KJFK again, just to see if the same happens after also a MSFS update
I'd be tempted to try somewhere like Dublin or Hong Kong and turn down the objects using the FS Traffic tool.
In the Traffic Control Centre, go to Aircraft Manager > Ground Services and there you can toggle ON/OFF the various pieces of ground equipment. The more ground equipment enabled, the higher the object count. Three presets are also available on the left side of the page to allow you to quickly change these ground services.
This might be a red herring, of course. Support will probably be able to offer some more constructive help when they get to your ticket.

Now loading at KDEN 9:30 morning no traffic at all
When I start I load the following software: MSPopout panel manager FSUIPC Lorby AxisandOHS MFConnector SMartcars Pilot2Atc
Now trying again after PC restart without loading any of them
-
So no software conflicts because now I have traffic at all gates with all my addons loaded
So why does the traffic not show the first time? I has to be a software fault by FSTraffic program somewhere! Or a crash of FSTraffic I don't know
Sometimes it shows sometimes not?

Without loading all the other software now I have traffic at KDEN and also contrails in the sky!
Will restart again with loading all of it just to check if there could be a software conflict causing this!
More than likely - hence the regular exhortations to raise support tickets. Going through all the threads here and in other forums, one thing seems clear in that the major issues (leading to accusations of no testing and unfinished product etc etc) are not universal and vary from PC to PC and place to place. A lot of utility-type software (and many high-end aircraft) make compromises and workarounds to get over hurdles placed by the host sim. Unfortunately, these workarounds can then conflict with each other and even if one tests program X with program Y, you may find that X won't work on one customer's PC because they have program Z installed. Z works with X. Also, Y works with X. But... X, Y and Z don't and no beta tester had this specific combination.

@derek Nobody bothered to pair up the software during beta testing with the most popular addons? I mean wouldn't it be reasonable at this point in time to be testing with PMDG 737, Fenix A320, GSX and stack it at a heavy 3rd party airport like KEWR, KLAS, KLAX etc. Then exactly what were they testing during beta? From what you're saying little to no testing was performed for compatibility.....with the most popular addons......
Addons for flight simulator simply can not exist in a world by themselves. I'm hearing what you're saying but at this point it starting to become insulting. For instance if you beta tested and realized your addon crashes if you are using the PMDG 737 - wouldn't you fix it before release to not have that issue? What about if everything is working fine - wouldn't you want some feedback from beta testers that heavily load the simulator with addons if for anything just to see what breaks? And then telling people to turn off or limit items because of draw calls is ridiculous, especially considering the amount of traffic I can inject with other software packages and it's just fine.
But here we are nobody that beta tested had the mix of a complex a/c, 3rd party airport, and GSX. I really don't think this is the case.....it's a complete mixed bag if it decided to generate traffic or not. I've seen it do this exact same thing with no addons added.
Whoever you had beta test this product apparently enjoyed the product early but there certainly wasn't complete testing done.

@qazme Your assesment is 1000% correct. I have been sitting here biting my tongue.
It's all our fault our systems that work perfectly fine without FS Traffic are the issue. Give me a break.
Point us to support. Go to support only to get a canned response "We are receiving an increased volume of support tickets. However we have your inquiry and will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible." Sitting here wondering just how soon is soon. Great customer support......
I asked for a refund. How hard is it to honor that request if the time was taken to read the support ticket?
-
JF wont be giving refunds, ive asked and the only thing I got today was a question asking if I use some sort of addon like GSX and if so to stop using it. Nothing else. if thats their solution you can stick up your backside because i actaully like using GSX (in a love hate sort of way too!) Its really simple for me, I will not buy anything from just flight again. There are plenty of other providers out there.
FS Traffic is a bust, dont know why i bought it, must have listended too much to the youtubers showing me with their free versions how it saved fps and i got sucked in. Ive gone back to FSLTL and realise actually how darn good that program is, turn it, injected traffic everywhere, samll hit to fps - what was I thinking. Still would love my money back. -
@seth2413 They've issued refunds to others, at least that's what has been stated here by at least one user. And since it was rather harshly told that the ones having this problem are only 5% of the user base, well - heh. There's also other ways to recover those funds if they won't work with you if you went through paypal or your credit card company if you purchased something and what was delivered and it was not as expected. I'm trying not to go that road - I want to like the product but the silence from devs etc etc make this hard not to feel really negative in this experience.
From the responses I've seen so far I'm not optomistic about this product and worse this company.
-
@Qazme I totally agree. I too would like this to work and not go down this road but I just dont see me using it because a) it wont work and there isnt a lot coming from the devs to fix it for me b) I dont want to have to study computer programming to get it to work - done enough of that with GSX pro and c) there is something that does actually work.
I'll just wait and see what happens and check my tickets.

It certainly was tested with addons - hence the tool included to reduce clutter at detailed airports when add-ons that increase clutter are used. We included an FAQ as well:
FS Traffic aircraft models may be invisible, and the simulator may hang on exit if the simulator’s maximum object count has been exceeded. This may occur if you are using highly detailed third-party airport sceneries or airport ground service add-ons (such as cones, people, stairs etc.) which add clutter to airports These products greatly increase the object count within the simulator and, in extreme circumstances, may exceed the MSFS maximum object count limit.
In an attempt to reduce object count within the simulator, we have included a tool in the Traffic Control Centre that allows you to customise which ground services interact with the FS Traffic aircraft models. In the Traffic Control Centre, go to Aircraft Manager > Ground Services and there you can toggle ON/OFF the various pieces of ground equipment. The more ground equipment enabled, the higher the object count. Three presets are also available on the left side of the page to allow you to quickly change these ground services.
This is also a problem for other traffic expansions:

see above

There was a large team involved - not one person. I know it is a regular trope that beta testers only come for a free copy of the software, but that is not the case.
I am sorry if you feel so strongly that the product wasn't tested but, as I have outlined elsewhere, traffic programs, by their nature, are performing far more interactions with the host sim's environment than many other types of addon.
We have been looking at all the tickets raised so far and are working on updates to resolve issues that users are experiencing. Once again, we thank everyone for their patience.

From the responses I've seen so far I'm not optomistic about this product and worse this company. It is true that issues are confined to a small number of users, but I am not sure we have quoted percentages. Where did you see that?
As for silence, we have tried to reply to all the main threads. The product is complicated and interacts with many areas of the host sim. Other programs do that as well and some compromises have to be reached with traffic add-ons. We have been publishing the FS Traffic franchise for over 20 years and despite them consistently being our best sellers they require far more attention that aircraft or scenery expansions. We have collated all the feedback received so far and will have an update out soon that should resolve issues some users are having.
-
@derek This is your reply from another thread:
"But, the problem isn't present for the vast majority of users. There are a 'huge chunk' of copies out there and if this affects, say, 5% of them, that will be a lot (a ton) of people but a small percentage - hence why we would reiterate, please contact support and help us to get to the bottom of the issue."
So, if you tested with a large beta group 5% of that group should have also experienced problems. I think part of what you are failing to grasp is that many of the people that are being responded to here are very intelligent and have been involved in the flight sim community for a very, very long time. They know how to troubleshoot when there are issues, and they beta test software and hardware for other developers.
Many of the comments that have been made to people are down right insulting. I like @Qazme and too many others cannot get FS Traffic to work even when it is the only program in the community folder. What does that tell you?
The other thing that is not sitting well with me are the comments it "Clearly states that in the FAQ". Where in the hell on the product page does it state in BOLD letters to "READ THE FAQ BEFORE PURCHASING"
I spent over twelve hours of my free time (which is limited) this past weekend trying to get this program to do what it is supposed to do. Twelve hours of my life I will never get back. I am done wasting my precious time. I have seen zero solutions posted, only excuses. Just please give me the refund that I have requested.
