Issues with Air Hauler 2, unable to create support ticket

Hello there,
today i did the windows 11 update to Version 2H...now i get this message while start up of AirHauler2
I then go to the URL and cannot contact support becourse i need a justflight account for it. I purchased AirHauler 2 via the Aerosoft Store so a justflight account "during purchase" was never created...and manually i cannot create one to write that ticket. What is this nonsense? I'd like to get customer support for my purchased product please...
So what i'm supposed to do now? How i can make sure i not loose the progress of 1 year airhauler management?

SakiYour best bet would be to contact Just Flight support or the Air Hauler forum.

To write a ticket i need a Justflight Account. The Webpage does not let me create one manually tho since it happens "only while purchasing a product".
Since i bought AirHauler in the Aerosoft Store a Justflight Account never been created.
So JustFlight either needs to enable manual account creation for their support-section or let people use their forum accounts there which at the moment does not work either.
I simply can not contact support that way at all due to the lack of having or being able to create a JustFlight Account.

You don't need an account to create a ticket:

You just saved my day, this is the first time i see this mask.When i clicked on "create ticket" on the Justflight Store first it always wanted me to log in to an existing account.

Not so fast! Can you send us a screen of this page you get when you click on wherever it is you are clicking. What I sent you is not a direct link - it's just the tab on the page.

I used the URL directly down to me in my AirHauler Error Message.
That's a link to the login button or the 'check ticket status' button. The link to the 'raise a new ticket' is the one I sent you. Very odd. No-one else has reported this issue so will leave it at that for the moment.
