Unable to load a/c

Good afternoon, I am still using FS9, will not change, since I changed with windows 10, I cannot load a/c
like B727/707 /767/DC10 I was using with windows 7, It comes out error 0x8004072, any solution ?

If you meant the 0x80040702 error, try following the instructions at How to Fix the 0x80040702 Error
For doing the registry cleaning step, I recommend CCleaner, due to its safety.
