IFR - Fuel gauges

Hi guys and devs, i've some questions please:

PA28 Warrior II manual says that this aircraft is IFR night and day approved (see attachment). What i know is that an IFR approved airplane must have one main altimeter and one standby altimeter (see attachment of real PA28). This simulated model has only one main altimeter: is it IFR anyway or the manual is wrong?

I noticed that the 2 fuel gauges are different (see attachment): is it intentional (like real model you have choose from) or is it a bug?

@dillet74 I think that was posted months ago in another thread I can't find now, the answer was that those gauges are from a real plane (they took it as model) that was repaired or something like that.

@dillet74 and.. what about IFR with only one altimeter? Here in Europe Is a mandatory requirement to have a standby altimeter too, for a IMC certification.
@dillet74 Perhaps, it's just a general notice about the aircraft type. That is, Warrior can be IFR certified. In the US, for example, there are no requirements for dual altimeters.
There is also a placard saying 'no Mode C' on the transponder, however, mode C of this transponder is perfectly operational.
