That's the idea. Hopefully, with so much stuff to fill in, angry punters will just give up and go away. We spent ages coming up with lots of pointless fields to waste users' time. Sounds like it paid off :-)

@gabe777 It doesn't take an hour to fill out. A few minutes tops. And it's not hidden, there's a link at the top of the homepage and it is the one and only link in the "Technical Support" section of the manual.
The small amount of additional time it takes you to create a support ticket probably saves the devs hours that they would otherwise have to spend combing through the forums separating general discussion from bug reports.

This "hidden" support system is not very popular.
Really? On the contrary, I think Just Flight's Support Ticket system works well and it only takes a few minutes. The support they provide is one of the reasons I buy their products.
What BernieV suggested works nicely for me.
