    Hi! I guess this is a sim issue rather than a PA-28 issue, but have you noticed that when increasing sim rate, the speed reported by the DME equipment decreases proportionally? The GPS and IAS instrument aren't affected. Screenshot from VR:

    Here I've increased sim rate twice, which seems to mean 4x speed. Note the difference between the DME display and GS according to the GPS.

    (On a side note this was another occasion when the SIM said something was VOR DME but I never got any reaction from the VOR indicator. The airport at Uluru, if anyone's inclined to try for themselves. But this we have already catergorized as a sim issue.)

      Hi... Currently flying over Algeria and Tunisia. Only half of the VORs seem to work.
