Few questions after first flight

Hi all,
Enjoyed my first flight in this aircraft and have a few questions.
- I am finding it really twitchy to hand fly - is there a sensitivity curve I should add?
- Is there anyway to arm the spoilers for landing or do they have to be put out manually?
- What is the bind for reverse thrust?
- Can I remove windshield reflections?

- Manual as on the real one
- 146 doesn't have thrust reversors

@edoug I believe it is my control settings, so I am wondering if someone has a better curve I could use.

@dipperdolphin in re "twitchy", i generally go for reducing saturation vs creating a curve. It's a huge help on the helicopter addons which are notoriously sensitive to even the smallest stick movements. I think it might even be preferable for airliners where full control deflection is a rarity.
