Help for Traffic

Excuse me for wrong place, but I have an hope in Just Flight.
Now I explain at Forum my problem : some years ago,( a lot) I bought a " Traffic 2005" boxed for fs2004 in XP sp3, two week ago I try make a personal use DVD backup of my DVD boxed.Is not possible,and neither (not even) install my software to Win7 sp1. Why ? Is my DVD bad ? I write here because in the support link I can't explain my trouble. Can someone give me an assistance ?Best Regards
