Fs2004 scenery issue

Hello all,
when you fly high in canada for example. say near Alert airport (CYLT) the scenery ground moves. any way to stop this and im creating a full up to date Canada package for fs2004, FSX and MSFS2020 over the next year.
Please can you let me know if there is anyways to stop this. its very unclear when flying.
