    Good evening,

    I was brought a gift card for my birthday by a friend. However, it seems to have come through in Euros, not GBP. Therefore, it is coming up as not phenolate when I try to redeem the voucher. Is there anything you would be able to do for me please?
    I have also sent an email incase this is the wrong channel
