Aileron trim precision - possible to mod?
-
I find that the trim for the ailerons in the Bonanza isn't fine enough - needs to be about half of what it is. I can't trim it out to fly hands free (I'm a NUT about having my aircraft trimmed out). Is there something in one of the files I could modify to change that?

If you're not using the entire quantity of aileron trim available, but want it to be more sensitive in the center, you can try reducing
aileron_trim_effectivenessinflight_model.cfg. Otherwise, you should also be able to write toA:AILERON_TRIM_SET_EX1directly from 3rd party hardware binding applications, and create the precision of 32,768 possible positions. -
I actually reviewed this today, and both the Baron and Bonanza will have values of 0.25 in the next update.

I changed it to .1 Otherwise, when using the mouse, I could nerver get the plane perfectly trimmed out.
Anybody here using the Brunner yoke?
I am working on a profile already quite a long time, but still not 100% happy.
