Is there a general problem, so they would´nt do it in MSFS2024. Or is there a correct way to make them funktionible? Do some one know the correct or singular working way to bring them up?

As stated above, the rules keep changing... but for now (SU2), you can make these addons work by copying the 2020 base aircraft to your Community folder. For the King Air, that would be the entire asobo-aircraft-kingair350 folder.
