GNS background change

I have a curiosity .. can you change the background of the GNS or is it just blue and black?

That's how the real one is (assuming you mean the GNS430/530).
Also note that the GNS430 and GNS530 are stock systems of MSFS and the PA28R simply uses it. They are not part of the Addon.
