    Hi there,

Been flying the normal commander all day and loving it ... great work, congrats!

However, jumped into the turbo to check that out and was a no go as could not start it. No fuel flow at all when trying to prime for start.

I have reloaded a few times but no luck sadly.

    Anyone else having this issue?

All I can try now is uninstall and re install to see if any joy.

Again, thanks for the great work on this aircraft, some really different avionics to learn and play with.

    Cheers
    Matt

@Woolies Did you check the tablet to see if there was any fuel actually getting to the cylinders? Did you check the fuel pressure gauge behind the throttles, or just the fuel flow?

Hi, the same thing happens with mine. In the naturally aspirated version, you can see the fuel flow increasing during prime, but in the turbocharged version, this doesn't happen. There's an increase in fuel pressure in the line, prime happens, and the engine starts; you just can't see the fuel flow increasing during prime. I'm using MSFS 2020.

Ok. Yes. Just tested again. No fuel flow showing during prime but tablet showing flow to engine and I managed to get the aircraft started.

However the FF gauge doesnโ€™t come alive until I go above about 1600-1700 rpm, until then it is in resting place below zero.

            MSFS2024 btw

Another thing I noticed, on both variants, is looking at the tablet engine display the R Mag greys out when staring the engine and then goes orange again when started?

@Ratman I'll check on this later. The code is identical between the two airplanes, so I'm not sure what could be going on. Rest assured, I'll find it, though.

@Woolies This is the correct behavior. Only one magneto is equipped with an impulse coupling, which retards the spark timing for start.

I think if you keep priming you'll notice the FF start to register in the turbo. I find I need more like 5-6 seconds of prime rather than 2-3. Starts great every time after that for me.
