Information on updates is also sent to owners of our titles (and the ones we publish and sell) via email (assuming we have permission).
FSElite is an independent flight sim news website and will publish press releases and news items from Just Flight's marketing team if they choose.
Buyers of Black Square titles may also obtain support direct from Just Flight: https://www.justflight.com/support

So Black Square does not have its own website and forum.
No, but, as Black Square's publisher, those functions are handled by Just Flight.
@Derek And I'm very thankful for it

@jmarkows Without trying to start a debate, I firmly believe that forums are the better format for technical support. I try to keep as much discussion on this forum as possible, as it is searchable, threaded, always persistent, and ranks very highly in Google search results. I have been approached about starting a Black Square Discord in the past, which I would happily endorse. My only request was that all support questions be routed through this forum, while the Discord could be more about sharing experiences, sharing profiles, and simulator-related questions like control binding and 3rd party software.

Sure would be nice if JustFlight were to leverage Discord. One fewer location to go to for customer - customer and customer - developer interaction. Nearly all other developers are there.
@KRoy7 Simply put...It's just not for us currently. Many other developers only have one or at most a handful of products to monitor customer engagement on. We're far away from that and have literally hundreds of products and the volume of interaction that is required to run a smooth and reliable customer support department means we need to keep it well managed with a ticketing system in place. Discord channels can quickly run away with you and become a complete spiders web to deal with. Staffing there would need to be full time and it's simply not user-friendly when it comes to dealing with customer's issues be it simple questions about orders or more technical topics that can sometimes require long running back and forth posts.
Really wish all the other developers good luck using the platform but right now, rest assured, our time is better spent on a lot of other areas. As individuals we do tend to take a look at areas of Discord where our contributions might be of use as we do with all other areas of Social Media that are relevant for us but having our own dedicated Discord space right now isn't going to be for us.
Hope that helps at least give you some understanding of our thoughts and approach to this.
