Problems with schedule and flight duration

I have setup my career mode to only fly runways long enough for an A321 yet I have got GA airports, also my flight duration is set to a minimum of an hour and yet my second day is 2 10 minute flights. Very poor first impressions, also the analytics need some work on landings, slammed it down and completely missed the touchdown zone and somehow got a perfect landing, hope these things will be fixed in time
