    The Air Conditioner can not keep up with the load in Las Vegas and Phoenix during our hot summers. Can we get a btu boost?

      With the engines at 1500 RPM it works.

          This makes me want to ask a question I've had in the back of my mind for a long time.

          @Black-Square is there really something in the real aircraft that actually cuts off the compressor clutch if the RPM is below 1200?

            Indeed there is. My understanding is that most, if not all of them, are just centrifugal clutches to prevent the air conditioning compressor load from resisting the starter motor or windmilling, or stalling the engine at low operating RPM.

                @Black-Square Does that also apply to the Turbine Duke though? I find it a bit odd that the AC won't work at flight idle. It does in the TBM.
