What happened to the Phoenix Simulation, Profisoft and VMAX websites?

Hi, I have a question. Can anyone tell me what happened to www.phoenix-simulation.co.uk, www.profisoft.com and www.simpilot.com, why and when, whether they'll ever return and where all of their products are currently available? Thank you very much for your help.
