Problem in VR

One problem is that my payware plane has an Panel Selector arrow. First issue is that this arrow is visible in front of me instead of at the edge of the screen, and moves when I move the head.

Also if I for example in this menu bring up the checklist it is situated to close to me so I only see part of it.
