F15 engine shutdown

I just purchased the F15 and I've got a few things:
I cannot figure out how to shutdown the turbines post landing. I have followed the checklist and yet they continue to run. Any help?
You guys did such a spectacular job with the F14, but the textures on the F15 are a little underwhelming...especially those awful cockpit mirrors. Will there be an update to improve those?

@ifrit The only thing I've found that shuts off the engines (and it's not in the checklist) are the Engine Starters (the ones under the covers). Dean maintains a very active Discord channel, support is much better there. Hopefully I can paste a link here to it: https://discord.gg/bSnV87x9
I asked in Discord, and the checklist is out of date, one of the Devs sent me a YouTube of the shutdown, which is basically the same I've developed on my own.
