Cannot see sup. ticket...

    Hello.

    I purchased C152 from X-Plane.org.
    I filled a support ticket with JF website.
    I wand to see the ticket status.
    I have to login.
    I cannot login because the account is created with 1st buy, done in other place.
    I bought from XPL.org.
    I cannot create an account.

    Am I in a Catch22 loop?

      You can only see the ticket if you have a JF account. However, you should have had an email acknowledgement with the ticket number.

          Just Flight will reply to the ticket. You don't need to follow it. NB that we are UK-based and work Mon-Fri.
