Rex AccuSeason
-
I just installed tonight. I can't get it to change the Season, just green trees in winter. I've read the Manual from front to back a few times. It's loaded in the Community Folder, only item.
I've tried it in manual, auto , beta, non beta. It shows it loading my selection of Season, Jan 11-17. It's loaded in the Community Folder. Start MSFS and the trees are still bright green?
any thoughts
thanks

I watched a youtube which the guy says he spent hours trying to get it to work. He finally went into discord which he says was a question fest. But he got his answer.
You have to load into your Community Folder to begin with. Then take off (he took off anyway.) with normal conditions (green trees) and THEN open the AccuSeason Program again.
Set the options you want and load those into MSFS. Then you restart your Flying session and take off. Which he was complaining about. But he understood it was just loading in an area you would be flying in or following a flight plan.
Does this sound about right. I'm going to go try now. I never seen the part about restarting, but here goes.

@sircaptgordo still didn't work for me. I can see the files I loaded into the Community Folder with the current time & date. I can restart, main menu restart or complete game restart.
Nothing, just same green trees.

I sent a Ticket to Support as I guess I'm stupid.

@sircaptgordo It looks like for some reason MSFS is installed on both my C and E drive. JF showed me how to see where User is pointing the AccuSeason in the main game. It's pointing to my E drive version and AccuSeason installed on the C drive.
Makes sense now. The 2 MSFS files ain't talking to each other looks like.
I just sent an e-mail back to JF with the info to see what they think. If that's it, I'll be re-buying and trying again.
