FS Traffic

Just like the current state of the airline industry, flights in FS Traffic never leave the gates much of the time. AI traffic in FSX was never this realistic since every flight occurred exactly as scheduled.

I am currently experiencing one of three, two of three, all three or none of three flights leaving as scheduled on different attempts to observe them same day, same time, same airport. They all are spawning at the departing airport but not always departing.

Also, I see a flight to multiple destinations listed multiple times in the Schedule Manager (once for each destination), resulting in multiple departing aircraft at the same time with the same Flight Number.

@kaptenek How far away from the AI aircraft are you? Sometimes the entire undercarriage disappears on some aircraft as they get farther away due to LOD. Does it occur with LOD setting at High in options?

Widerøe has 26, -100 and -200 models that operate on northern Norway’s and western Norway’s extensive short rnw airport-system.

They have both the same fuselage length. A shortened q400 with minimum extra modifications would make a really decent 100/200 model.

They also fly in Alaska, Canada and Greenland. Probably many airport that only see these airplanes as scheduled traffic.

Looking at the Asobo handcrafted YSSY there are no Gates or Ramps which can handle the A380 at all. The largest gates (6 of them) are 262ft I've found setting the 380's wingspan to 230ft gives good results. That span should also help out with the reported lack of A380's at Dubai too.

There's been no changes to the aircraft package recently. The only thing I can think is the SU12 may have had some effect on this. We'll keep an eye on this and report as a bug to Asobo if needed.

Thanks for the solution. The list direction arrow doesn't appear until you click on the header, and reversing the list order is only a work-around for a list that doesn't scroll as it should.

There certainly is a large lack of aircraft models, and a larger lack of liveries for the number of flights scheduled in this application. I really miss World of AI in FSX.

Not in FS Traffic. As there are no scheduled Concorde flights it would not be possible. In theory you could write your own Concorde flight plans but you would also need an AI Concorde to fly them.

JFK is definitely working fine (assuming it is the default).

@derek Appreciate the response. Defs wasn't under the impression JF expected their customers to go find the manual on their own. FWIW, I had issues too (I'll admit, likely 99% user error because of how I've mapped my drives). Once I got it though, it's a fantastic manual, as is the tutorial video and directions given by the CS (I'll echo this for the other JF product I have - I really appreciate the work the team does).
Of the 2 JF products I have, both are great - sure they have growing pains, but y'all are pumping out updates / refinements and the CS was fantastic.
Pumped to see the product continue developing
