Cargo liveries missing in new patch notes

I was hopeful that you would be adding cargo liveries and/or GA in the new patch. Are they missing in the latest patch notes or have they not been added yet? Is there a licensing issue with the cargo carriers? Thanks,

Work on the GA pack is to begin once this major update is out.
We are looking at Cargo in some from but this is not solid plans yet because MSFS has a few challenges when it comes to the way airports are set up. I.e. they do not separate passenger and Cargo ramps.
