PA-28R Arrow III

@jmcrowe01 The HSI is using the default 'NAV CDI:1, number' and 'A:NAV GSI:1, number' variables for those needles, or 'A:GPS WP CROSS TRK, nautical miles' and 'A:GPS VERTICAL ERROR, Meters' if operating in GPS mode.

The ASI TAS scale position will be included in state saving in the next update.

Unfortunately I can't find any information on the radio/avionics lighting.

Support for the autopilot on/off assignments is being added in the next update.

Unfortunately the MSFS radio system is pretty limited (albeit not as much as FSX/P3D was) and a bit buggy.

I can confirm that although an independent NAV 3 is now possible, as used by the KN62 DME to allow for independent tuning from NAV 1/NAV 2 with FREQ mode selected, Asobo haven't given us a method for toggling the DME audio associated with NAV 3, only NAV1/NAV2. That means that you will need to tune the DME into either NAV 1 or NAV 2 and use the DME selector switch at the top of the right instrument panel to control which DME ident is heard when the KMA 20 DME switch is selected.

We think we've now fixed the issue with the NAV 1 ident not working.

Go to community folder, then justflight-aircraft-pa28-arrow-iii\Cockpit\Clean (or Default if you want to restore to the worn textures) Copy all files starting with ARROWVC Go up two directories, then into SimObjects\Airplanes\JF_PA28_Arrow\texture.VC, and paste the files there (choose replace files) Go back to justflight-aircraft-pa28-arrow-iii\Cockpit\Clean, and copy all files starting with GLASS Go up two directories, then into SimObjects\Airplanes\JF_PA28_Arrow\texture, and paste the files there

Hello Martyn,
thank you for the fast feedback. Then I actually prefer to use the A variable. And that's the way I go with "SUCTION PRESSURE, psi". (Whereby the displayed values do not match the display in the cockpit. But I hope to find a solution for that)

Sorry, but given the number of copies sold via the MarketPlace, we can't really offer free copies of the other version to those that have bought elsewhere. NB that the PA28s are officially licensed by Piper so the paperwork would be a nightmare.

Let's say, it's less load. You can think of the manifold pressure as the amount of power the engine delivers per cycle and of RPM as a multiplier, i. e. how often this power is delivered. In the real world, vibration can be a concern, too. As has been truly noticed above, IO-360 is a rather enduring engine. So for purposes of setting power you reduce to 25/2500 or 25/2400 in climb mainly to increase your comfort and the comfort of those on the ground around the airport. If you don't care, you can climb at full/full.
