@sycorax said in Analog BONANZA, engine condition behaviour:
Hi,
I was wondering about how the "damage" is counted.
For me it seems that in normal flight the damage does not increase really even in full throttle/prop setting or hot oil conditions (what is hard to archieve)
But I recognized that giving positive G to the plane reduces the engine condition fast and massively.
Seen that by trying a looping but also when leveling out after a quick descent or generally by applying higher pull forces over a longer time (i.e. steep curves).
It seems that the G-forces (positive and negative) you apply to the plane are more serious to the engine condition than a wrong engine handling. That makes not much sense to me.
Can you verify this behaviour or explain it?
Nevertheless this is a stunning add on!
Greetings,
Sycorax
Just for info:
It seems that this is really a bug in the addon, triggered by the cylinder temperature management in some way. The support is aware of this and will repair this in the next patch for the Analog Bonanza.
Happy landings,
Patrick.
