Can you add the ability to chose what directory we can install Just Flight products too? I really do not want to install directly to the MSFS Community folder, but rather my own addon linker directory as I am sure many others do.

I agree. I use Addons Linker, and I want to keep my Community folder empty of everything except the links Linker puts there.
