I saw that the de-icer boots inflate all elements (wings, horizontal and vertical stabaliser) regardless of MANUAL or AUTO switch position. Is this a system limitation? The manual states that in AUTO the elements should be inflated one by one, while in MANUAL all elements should inflate with less pressure (same as on the King Air).

When you say that you "saw" them all inflate at the same time, do you meant the boot animation, or the shedding of ice? The former should not be the case (and was not when I checked recently), but the latter is a sim limitation.
