HI all! What a great Aircraft this is, As all BKSQ 🙂
However, I can not get the Prop to Feather! (MSFS2024)

Does not matter if i set prop lever to Feather with mouse, keys, or with hardware via SPAD, Condition Lever High or Low,

    • I can not get the prop to feather.

    What can be wrong?
    /Dave

I haven't checked on the TBM in a while, but it should function much the same as my other turbine aircraft. Would you mind sharing the exact procedure you're using, or maybe a video, if you're able?

No worries! Take your time! Oh, I thought you meant during a shutdown. I might have to check exactly what this procedure is supposed to look like in the real aircraft, but I would expect a substantial RPM drop and increase in torque. In know it's common practice to start the TBM in feather, so ground crew are not blasted by the slipstream while they unplug GPU's and remove chocks. What's your understanding of this procedure?

Where do I post the videos?

Feathering does work, but in a peculiar way. Watch the video 🙂
When feathering on a medium to high power setting, i get no torque rise whatsoever, wich i believe we should.
Also the actual visuals, Both that the blades go to its approx +90 deg pos, and that the NP should drop i think. It only does that on a small PL range just around FI. Seems incorrect to me, esp compared to the -34, -42, -60 and the 67D on the Beech 1900D. But this one maybe is unique there 🙂

Also as seen in vid no 2, Th AC can be started completely with only the crashbar up!. No other signs of power on the AC.

I saw some other stuff also but will fly this lovely aircraft alot more so I get to know her! 🙂

Hope you do not get me wrong here sir, I do Love your aircraft, for me thats mostly into GA your planes are just great, and very accurate compared to most other. Love the technical details you put into your aircraft, probaly for I am a EU/US A&P IA, and also hold a PPL. I Still have my Lic, but no medical after accident. So the flight sims are my joy! 🙂

Tell me if you need any other info!
            Dave.
