Probably! I don't think it would affect much else. Try just increasing the opacity of WINDSHIELD_ALBD.PNG. The easiest way to do this would be to open it in photoshop, GIMP, or something similar, and just duplicate the layer a few times to add opacity to itself. Let me know how that goes!
