    Hello, I recently bought this aircraft, and so far it’s amazing. I still need to get used to the flare, though.

    I’m using Honeycomb Charlie rudder pedals, and I generally keep the same profile across different planes. With most aircraft (from various developers, including your TBM-850), the pedals respond smoothly and naturally. However, with the Bonanza, when I try to perform a sideslip, the controls feel overly sensitive—similar to the response I used to get with the Thrustmaster pedals (which weren’t great).

    Could you recommend the best sensitivity settings for this aircraft?

      I've been exclusively flying the Bonanza almost since it came out, and I had occasion to fly the JF Turbo Arrow with a friend last night.

      I was stunned by how much more rudder I needed in that compared to the Bonanza, where it feels like brushing the pedals beyond the small center deadzone I have is more than enough rudder for anything I've done.

      In both cases my rudder pedal curve is the same; linear aside from a tiny deadzone in the center to give me some wiggle room without shaking the plane. I have also wondered if such a light amount of rudder for the Bonanza is really how it is.

        Not suggesting this as a fix, but I do recall this from the aircraft.cfg file in MSFS over the years.

        [AERODYNAMICS]
        rudder_effectiveness=1
        Thats the default.

        You could try adding that in to your copy and reducing it to 0.5 and experiment. In saying that I don't find the rudders overly sensitive myself, but I have been flying sims since 1995 and I might be correcting it subconsciously!

        It is explained in the SDK documentation.

        Again, I am not suggesting this as a "fix" as I am sure the AC isn't broken and has been thoroughly tested and everything is as it should be. But it might help in your situation, then again it may do nothing, or break everything.

          @CoolGunS
          But that will affect for all aircraft.. no? the problem is that all other planes behave more or less the same. I mean not so sensitive. Im not a real pilot, so I cant tell if that rudder sensitivity on the plane is as it should, or no, im just comparing how one profile (linear with little DZ), works perfectly for many planes, but for this one, its quite sensitive.
