I fly the NA Baron. I love it! I wonder though if it is overpowered. At 1000 RPM the airplane surges away with brakes off. On takeoff, it is up seconds after applying full power. It feels overpowered..
I agree, both the baron and bonanza seem to accelerate way too fast at taxi speeds with 800-1000 rpm set. Takeoff and climb seems fairly normal to me though, I haven't tested actual distances compared to the flight manual.
