Tip Tanks?

I started watching the old analogue Baron videos and he mentions tip tanks for various versions of the aircraft. The manual also mentions tip tank transfer. How do I enable tip tanks on any version of the Baron? In the Bonanza its straight forward however I don't see the same option in the Baron. Would appreciate any insight!

I see that there were mentions of tip-tank transfer in the checklists within the manuals (but not with the in-game checklists). I have removed those now, thank you.
The aircraft modeling in the Baron Professional are equipped with integral fuel tanks, which freely flow together, and do not require any pumps to transfer fuel. The same goes for the Turbine Bonanza, which is actually created from a B36TC, which comes from the factory with the Baron's wings and increased fuel capacity. Hope that answers your question!
