Hi all, in the POH I found this page in the "Weight and balance" section:
    6a434009-aaf9-442c-b6ef-b1fee7401114-image.png

The airplane modeled in MSFS 2024 has a pressurized baggage in the rear cabin section and a non-pressurized baggage in the forward section of the airplane, and this one has a maximum baggage capacity higher then the original.

Can I ask if is this real or not? In case, there is a difference with the CG/Arm calculation? I ask this only for the purpose of studying the aircraft

The unpressured aft baggage compartment was an option in the year of 850 that I modeled here. The unpressurized storage in our TBM here is between the cockpit and the engine, which has a capacity of 110lbs. Does that answer your question? Sorry if I didn't completely understand.

I was speaking about the aft baggage of the original aircraft. If I'm not wrong it seems like if in the original aircraft there was a baggage compartment with an external door in the aft left fuselage.

That's correct, but it was an option from the factory for the 2006 TBM 850. I simply created my model with reference to an aircraft that was not equipped with that option.
