Again ... HSI and Compass don`t align!

Hi!

Bought Your Baron some days ago. Love it! One thing doesn`t work yet ... thats the HSI and the Compass.
Just startet from Rwy 10 at EDDN. HSI is showing 095 on the Rwy ... Compass showing 150! Do I miss something, to get those two aligned?
Happens everywhere with different deviation. Mostly between 10 and 50 difference - which is too much.

There is some discussion elsewhere about a more minor, constant deviation, but if you're pointed 095 and the compass is reading 150, you must have something like window heat, the A/C, or another source of interference going.
