Small bug in the left window

Hi @Black-Square Im doing my first long flight in the bonanza and I noticed a small bug.
If I open the small window on the left door, there's no change at all in the cabin temperature nor any loss of airspeed. I was expecting to lose at least a few knots.
I opened the little window at 8k feet to cold the cabin a little bit but the temp stays the same. I will check the Baron later to see if it has the same issue.
