@s.mellah We founded a small VA located at the Northern Sea based on Fly The World (FTW)

The only options for state saving available to me without using WASM are stored exclusively within the Asobo cloud. That's a very cool idea for a virtual airline! I don't know how you're achieving this, but it would be possible to access/save/write all variables for the state of all my aircraft from any SimConnect external program while the simulator is running. If there's anything I can do to help you achieve this, please let me know!

@Black-Square Ok. I was asking because e.g. A2A pointed out some local files where the state of the aircraft is stored.
I'll have a look if the MSFS 2024 is doing the same for the Baron and Bonanza.

The variables of the running aircraft might be interesting for YourControls. If I'm in trouble finding anything I'll call back.

        Thank you for your information.

hi @Black-Square , sorry I'm in a situation where nothing in the a/c is state saved.
can you point me to some direction to look at?

@flyaldo There will be even more discussion about this on the official forums, but here's another thread from here (there are so many, I've lost track), with the same workaround. Sorry that we're still dealing with this issue. Only this week did we receive confirmation from Asobo that it will be "partially fixed" in SU5. From the longer description, I took "partially fixed" to mean back to the way it was in SU3.

              Thanks @Black-Square ...
read the other thread.. (tried with exit and start new flight and also ... restart
it seems to save at least the hoobs, levers, switches altimeter setttings, fuel selector does not save state.
is this a behaviour that is expectet till next Sim fixes?

                Thanks @Black-Square .
i tried the two method, start a flight and restart a flight. hobbs seems to be save, the other items not, altimeter settings, fuel selector, light switches... is this expected or everything should work?

@flyaldo This is expected behavior. On page 54 of the manual, you can read more on what’s saved, and what’s not.

I have approximately 20 hours with the Bonanza not saved into the HOBBS meter. Just read the trick about saving the last session with the "restart flight" option. (that seems to work)

Question: when Asobo comes up with a fix, will there be a setting on the tablet to "add" these missing engine hours to the HOBBS counter?

@ggabor Been a minute since I've looked, but on PC you can find the state saving file in the MSFS AppData folder and you should be able to edit it.

The hobbs time saving is completely on the Asobo side, so there is nothing I can do about it, unfortuantely. However...

You can do something about it! I'm sure there are plenty of tutorials online for this, but let us know if you need a hand!
