Are you in SU4 beta?
Same happened to me also and it's not just ILS, also VOR and ADF needles are all over the place.

I returned back to SU3, did some quick tests and everything worked normal.

And all these persistence problems seems to also caused by this first SU4 beta release!

I have no idea which version I have.

Besides ILS, is yours saving HOBBS and keeps your settings?

@SirPilot Which version sim you have MS Store or Steam? I don't now about other versions, but in Steam you can't go accidentally to beta version.

Hobbs hours are now saved. In SU4 beta Hobbs was always zeroed.

Just to chime in on this, I have the same issue with ILS approaches on the Starship on the SU4 beta release as well.

@Zwoop68 then this must be it. Surely I have SU4.

I have the store version. Will look on how to downgrade the version of my sim. Great help guys!

This is just not in a BKSQ planes: Instability in B787 (And Other Aircraft) Autopilots on ILS

Well, this is really odd. It seems the version installed is 1.6.5.0 which is SU4. Funny enough, I have not joined the BETA program.

@SirPilot Your MS Store screenshot is from MSFS 2020 (SU16). But you are correct, latest MSFS 2024 SU4 beta version is 1.6.5.0.
What's your MSFS 2024 page say?

You were right, I was looking at the 2020 version. Scrolled down and found MSFS2024, which indeed, I was enrolled into the BETA program.

Went back to SU3 and everything is working as advertised
