With the landing lights on, taxi light off, and pulse sys on, I see the taxi light indicator light flickering as the L/R landing light indicators blink on/off.

Same here, it briefly flashes the taxi light button indicator and actually the green light on the taxi switch is slightly off alignment as if the switch is in the on position. Probably worth a ticket to JustFlight so it doesn't get missed

I’m away from my desk at the moment, but I suspect this is a MSFS 2024 issue. Do you think it’s caused by the new adaptive exposure, or post-processing, like DLSS? If you think it’s something on my end, a video might help.

@Black-Square you're right - it goes away when I set Frame Gen from DLSS to OFF.

Also same in 2020 so looks like frame gen...Interestingly there's a zoom distance that seems to trigger it, see this short video https://youtu.be/BzM7_TRXzEM

@hughesj2 Thanks for the video. Indeed, this is a frame generation artifact. Nothing I can do about it, unfortunately. If one frame has the left light illuminated, and the next has the right light illuminated, DLSS generates a frame with the illumination between the two in an attempt to “connect” the frames.

DLSS is still an evolving technology, so there might be changes with graphics drivers updates, or other updates to your system.
