How to use cabin folding tray tables?
-
I've tried to click on the cabin folded tray tables so my passengers can relax during cruise, however I couldn't find the click spot. The other Blacksquare expensive, high-quality addons have interactive cabins, so I assume this one as well since it's such a highly modeled and beautiful work of art. In addition, what about the lav doors? I am able to open up the cargo doors in the back of the cabin and place chocks in there, but this is the only interactive part of the cabin I've been able to find.
Where are the click spots for the other interactive areas of the cabin (but mainly the tray tables since those are the best)?

I probably would have modeled them if I was making Starship now, but I actually did all the modeling for Starship almost three years ago. I also saw someone online recently explain this as, "it's not that kind of aircraft", making reference to how my aircraft focus more on systems depth and flying experience rather than cabin gimmicks.

I concur, there is a number of low to mid fidelity , even arcade like planes with all sorts of gimmicks I would happily have traded for simulation depth. In fact I think, some devs have given too much time to modelling "simulation-unrelated " marketing gimmicks.

thanks for replying to my comment. glad to know you would have modeled them if you were making it now as features like those are very important to many people that enjoy the 'whole package'. to me and many others having an interactive plane is not a 'gimmick', it's immersion, where you feel like the plane is truly alive and real and all the parts are there and working. flying isn't just what happens in the cockpit, it's the entire plane. I'm glad the cabin door opens at least, as that's a real immersion killer when devs leave that out (lucky that's rare these days at least). also it's nice to be able to open the cargo doors in the back as well and see where the chocks go, those are great and I'm glad you included them.

Is that why the bar light isn't modeled? I actually have no idea where it is; I went aft and poked around a bit, and the lights above the bar do work with the attached push button, so I'm assuming something would fold out and that contains the bar light?
I did think it was odd that an aircraft released after the Dukes and their lovely interactive cabin didn't go as far. The explanation makes sense, and I am a cockpit flier only, so I would have gone through the cabin once to click everything and marvel at it and then probably never touched it again, so I'm not terribly crestfallen over it.
I would love to see it in a future update, but I understand that time and effort don't grow on trees, and that such an ask would fall pretty much to the bottom of any totem pole.
