    Two minor problems in MSFS 2024
    I've recently installed MSFS 2024 (stable version) and the 2024 version of the Starship (1.1). I only fly in VR. When I move the mouse anywhere over the avionics panels, the RTU's flicker. In MSFS 2020 I didn't have that problem.
    I mostly fly in Europe and switch to Mb on both the revisionary panels, but the state isn't preserved after restarting the simulator. In 2020 it's preserving the state, in 2024 not.

      1. This is a known issue that you will find in the FAQ at the end of the manual. We have brought it to Asobo's attention, but have not heard their intentions to fix it yet.

      2. I can confirm that the state saving code is in the 2024 version for the Mb switch. MSFS's state saving has always been very unreliable, and I don't doubt that MSFS 2024's is similar. I hope that doesn't sound like an excuse. I have spent countless hours trying to figure out why state saving works very consistently on some computers, and then they exact code doesn't work the same on others.

        Thanks for the quick response. As a RL pilot I really enjoy the BlackSquare aircrafts, which I almost fly exclusively

          I'm so glad you enjoy them. While my aircraft aren't exclusively "made by a pilot for pilots", I suspect that my attention to detail is most appreciated by real world pilots. Sorry that there are any issues like the ones you list above, but unfortunately, my aircraft really run up against the limits of what is possible in MSFS.

          I should also add that you can stop the screen flickering in MSFS 2024 by using the "legacy" interaction mode. I was surprised to discover that this is the more popular method of interaction amongst my users, because I have always used the blue highlights, like yourself. For the few features that work better in the "Lock" interaction mode (like joysticks), it might be worth trying legacy mode until Asobo sorts this out. Let me know if you have any more questions!

            For what it is worth - the MB state saving is working for me in 2024.

              @plhought Same here although fuel and passenger/cargo weights don't 🤷🏼♂ 🎲 🎲

                @hughesj2 Passenger weights are currently being reset every time you enter/exit the aircraft in MSFS 2024, due to a bug in that feature's implementation. I have a workaround for v1.2, though. Fuel saving appears to be working correctly on app platforms for me, but we know how inconsistent that can be on different computers...

                  @Black-Square Spot on Nick, still amazed how quick you come up with workarounds for this platform 👍 I'm on an xbox (PC) gamepass install for 2024 (SU2) if it makes any difference? Also with a custom drive install (E: not C:)
                  Cheers
