Just completed the 100th leg of my 283-leg world tour in Starship with a landing at Gibraltar.
That's really cool. What are the options for crossing the Pacific in the Starship? I'm guessing just Alaska/Russia/Japan?
@Marionettework just donβt do what I did and try going Alaska -> Japan
I had to glide into Japan after finding out the hard way the last 50lb of fuel in each tank is unusable
going around from the other side of the world might be easier. Stopping in Russia would work too. -

This particular tour conveniently avoids a Pacific crossing.
After going over to the Americas, the tour returns over the Atlantic to Africa and south Asia. For Starship, I think the only hope for a Pacific crossing is Alaska -> Kamchatka Peninsula -> Japan, either via the Aleutian island chain, or further north, say from Nome to Provideni.

First time integrating a RNAV LPV approach driven by the GNS430 integration. Input flight plan in FMS with Arrival and RNAV approach. Entered departure and arrival airports in GNS430, entered the Arrival and RNAV approach as well. When inbound on for the STAR procedure I switched from the FMS to the GNS as you can see on the upper left of the PFD and ND. Caution... be aware the autopilot disconnects when you make this switch! Genius programming Nick, I really enjoyed how well this works.
