YD Disconnects with AP Disconnect

I feel silly even asking if this is correct given your attention to detail, Nick, however you added YD disconnect when the AP is disconnected. I was surprised it didn't at some point based on the button on the yoke being labeled AP/YD Disconnect, but is it correct that it should when the AP is disconnected and not with a subsequent press of the button?
That seems rather... aggressive?
