Does anyone know the correct LVAR to control the ON/OFF dial of the
ADF equipment?

When you turn the volume knob all the way counter clockwise, it will turn off the ADF, but that will only work with the in-cockpit knob. To do it yourself, simply set (>A:CIRCUIT SWITCH ON:78, bool) to zero.
