In MSFS 2024 I can control the ATT of the autopilot by assigning the two knobs on my Honeycomb Bravo throttle as follows.....

The left knob, which is the mode selector knob, has the VS selction assigned the command: SELECT AP PITCH HOLD REFERENCE
The right knob is combined with the left knob and assigned: INCREASE AP PITCH HOLD REFERENCE and DECREASE AP PITCH HOLD REFERENCE

This means that when I want to adjust the pitch in ATT mode I simply rotate the left selector knob to VS and then adjust the pitch with the right knob.

    Simple, right?

However, due to issues ruinning this aircraft in 2024 I have to fly it in 2020.

Why then, if I assign the exact same commands in 2020 does this not work? Are the assignments different in 2020? If so, what are they?

I would appreciate any help on this. It's bugging the hell out of me. If you would excuse the partial pun.

EDIT: I figured it out. I had forgotten to select the option to control this with hardware on the tablet.

It's in the tablet settings somwehere. It's been a while and can't remember exactly what it says but I do remember that it's pretty obvious when you read it. Just look in the tablet.
